The staff was great especially Naurine at the front desk. They had healthy food options. Room service was quick. Property is clean. Pool and lazy river is good. Beach is lovely
Food was ok only one buffet was open and one Resturant so not much options, everyday it’s the same food. Slides were closed I think this is due to ongoing construction/renovation. Toilet flushes extremely loud in the room

Good
The staff members were amazing. We had the butler service and Kevoy and Fitz were great. They made sure all of our needs were met and they provided excellent service. I highly recommend requesting them when you vacation.
The food was terrible. The food from room service was overcooked and tasteless. The steak restaurant was tolerable, the buffet was underwhelming but Zen was great. We stayed last year and the food was great at the buffet.
